What is the INFINITE URKSCAPE?

The urkscape is a an ephemeral plane– a place in a constant state of flux, of being and unbeing, of everyone and no one, all at once. There are infinite states of urks phasing in and out of the urkscape at any one time. At any time, the Urks on this plane of existence may channel an urks from within the urkscape, temporarily adopting the personality and superpowers of that urksian form.
As far as it is known, all urks are good (though more of a chaotic good) and full of laughter.
